Are you accepting New Patients?
Dr. Robertson and Dr. Bierer are not accepting new patients.
*** EXCEPTION *** Dr. Robertson performs CDL exams and Immigration Physcials on new patients. See below FAQ’s for more info.

Susan Bligh-Robertson is accepting new patients for woman’s care.

Do you do CDL exams?
Yes, Dr. Robertson is a Certified Medical Examiner.
You do not need to be an established patient to get a CDL exam.
CDL exams are not covered by insurance, cost $115, and must be paid for at the time of visit.
Do you do Immigration Physicals?
Yes, Dr. Robertson is a USCIS Civil Surgeon.
You do not need to be an established patient to get an Immigration Physical.
Immigration Physicals are not covered by insurance and must be paid for at the time of visit.
A $75 deposit is required at the time of scheduling an appointment.
What Insurance do you accept?

Most Insurances are accepted including:

        • United Health Care (UHC)
        • Aetna
        • Medicare
        • Blue Cross (BC/BS)
        • AHCCCS
        • Many others
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Yes, visits with providers are by appointment only.
Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $60 no-show fee.

No appointment is necessary for established patients for immunizations or blood pressure checks.

What hours are you open?
Monday-Friday: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm
Closed for lunch: 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm

If after hours assistance is needed, call the office at (928) 537-4379 to reach the Provider on call.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and major credit cards.
Personal checks may be accepted for established patients.
Are Immunizations available?
Yes, including Influenza vaccines annually.
No appointment is necessary for established patients for immunizations.
Do the Providers see their patients at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center?
Yes, our Providers follow patients at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center.
Do you do Well Child Exams and Sports Physicals?
Yes, both Dr. Bierer and Dr. Robertson perform both Well Child Exams and Sports Physicals for established patients.

Appointments for a Sports Physical can often be made same day.
Sports Physicals are not covered by insurance and costs $37.

How do I get my prescriptions refilled?
Please have your pharmacy fax us a refill request and allow 7 days for medications to be refilled.
Prescription refill requests will not be taken over the phone or in person.
How do I get the results of my labs, xrays etc.?
We will notify you of any concerning results and suggestions from your Provider once reviewed.
